There hasn’t really been a fuel crisis has there?

As the fuel crisis rages on, partially caused by panic-buying and a shortage of lorry drivers, long queues can be seen throughout Norfolk and across the country with people queueing for hours to fill up.

The Petrol Retailers Association (PRA) represents 65% of Britain’s 8,380 forecourts. It reported last week that 27% of pumps were dry, 21% had just one fuel type in stock and 52% had enough petrol and diesel.

On Twitter, PRA Executive Director Gordon Balmer tried to reassure the public, saying:

“There are early signs that the crisis at pumps is ending, with more of our members reporting that they are now taking further deliveries of fuel. Fuel stocks remain normal at refineries and terminals, although deliveries have been reduced
